Please note that items purchased from Nathalie The Business Doctor's "Nathalie's Closet" are only eligible for return or exchange within seven days of delivery. Any damage should be reported via email to Nathaliethebusinessdoctor@gmail.com for verification, and if the fault is found to be ours, a new item will be shipped.

 

Please keep in mind that all Nathalie's Closet deliveries are shipped via standard delivery with 8-10 days for processing and shipping. Once the items have been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Terms and Conditions for Nathalie The Business Doctor

After Free Consultation Booking: ( Note no payments for The Business Doctor Services will be accepted on the website. You will be given a payment link via paypal once proposal is accepted)

Upon acceptance of the terms and payment of the deposit, a project outline will be provided containing suggested aesthetics, a storyboard, and comprehensive design data.

 

In the event of cancellation within seven days, 35% of the deposit will be retained by The Business Doctor, whereas any cancellations beyond seven days are non-refundable.

In the event that you schedule a date but cancel within three days of the established date, no penalties will be imposed. We'll work with you to reschedule the shoot or video for a more suitable date and time.

 

However, if you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled date, a fee of $75 will be levied to reimburse any external services engaged for the project.

Promptness is vital, and we request that you arrive on time for your scheduled shoot or project. In the event that our contractors must work outside the allotted time due to tardiness, hourly fees will be applied, and any incurred expenses will be your responsibility. The final payment must be settled three days before the scheduled shoot date.

 

We take pride in ensuring client satisfaction, and in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the final project, we will collaborate with you to ensure your comfort and a mutually agreeable resolution. However, please note that we are unable to refund any payments made.

Website Design Policy:

Within seven days of payment, you may cancel our services. After seven days, we are unable to offer a refund. Should you choose to cancel within the first seven days, we will retain 35% of the payment as non-refundable fees.

Please note that Wix/Shopify requires a monthly subscription plan and domain fees, which are not included in our pricing and will be your responsibility.

 

Upon completion of your website, it will only be released to you once a zero balance is present. You will receive instructions on how to operate the website independently. However, if you prefer to have The Business Doctor manage your website, including design changes, product updates, and campaigns, you may sign up for our maintenance plan priced at $175 within seven days of completion. Opting out and choosing to sign up later will result in a charge of the full fee of $250 per month.

Content Design Policy:

In the event that you wish to cancel any content service, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days from the date of payment. After this period, refunds will not be granted. Should you decide to cancel within 7 days, a 35% retention fee will apply, and revisions or changes to any content created will be offered.

Our monthly content package comprises of one post per day and is based on a 28-31 day calendar. The Design Grid is structured around a 31-day calendar, and while we will provide you with your content, any deviation from the design created is not our responsibility.

It is recommended to use the Design Grid provided. In the event that you require additional content during the month, we can assist you by ensuring that it aligns with your brand. Additional charges may apply for such services.

Refunds for all other services adhere to the following guidelines: If you decide to cancel your service within 7 days, The Business Doctor will retain 35% of the initial payment. For services that include in-house printing, the refund amount will depend on the printing cost, which will be deducted from the total refund.
